In these terms and conditions, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to DealX Trading Ltd, and “you” refers to the customer. “Dollar” refers exclusively to New Zealand dollars.
These terms and conditions, together with your order, constitute the entire agreement between DealX Trading Ltd and the customer. No external terms and conditions apply to this website or our business activities.
Any modifications to these terms and conditions require written approval from both parties.

Welcome to DealX Trading Ltd. By accessing our website, registering as a member, or purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our services.
Eligibility
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Geographical Availability
Our products are available exclusively for purchase and delivery within New Zealand. We do not currently ship to locations outside of New Zealand.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Let us know if you would like your units professionally assembled by our skilled cabinet makers for an affordable fee. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary for assembled products.
Please specify your preferences for product options such as color, size, and RHS/LHS configurations. If no instructions are provided, we will dispatch items readily available in stock. Note: Colors are subject to availability.
We strive to ensure all information is as accurate as possible. However, in the event of a typographical error resulting in incorrect pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Warranty & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. Unless otherwise specified, all items come with a 12-month RTB (Return to Base) warranty. RTB means the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and we will repair or replace any faulty product. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
Warranty Terms:
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The warranty does not cover:
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Incorrect assembly or installation
Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Use for purposes other than intended
Business or commercial use
We are committed to providing support and solutions, ensuring your experience with our products remains exceptional.
If the product you receive is found to be faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. We will promptly replace it and fulfill all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Change of Mind Returns:
If the item is returned due to a change of mind and is as described, the shipping cost is non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
For a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, re-saleable condition.
We do not provide refunds for any damage caused directly or indirectly after the product is received by the purchaser.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and handling returns smoothly and fairly.
Most of our products include a minimum 1-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty. If you discover your product is faulty, please contact us with a photo or video of the issue, along with your reference/invoice number. We will respond with an update within 1–2 business days. For technical issues, resolution may take up to 5 working days as we may need to consult with our suppliers.
Warranty Claims:
Depending on the fault, DealX Trading may choose to repair or replace the item.
The item may need to be returned to our nearest branch for further assessment. If technical support is required, this process may take up to 10 working days.
Where applicable, we may offer parts or partial refunds to support the item’s operation.
Important Information:
We do not arrange pickups from RD (Rural Delivery) addresses. If you are located in an RD area, you may need to drop off the product at the nearest courier depot or provide a non-RD address for collection.
Warranty Limitations:
Products must be used for personal/household purposes (non-commercial) to qualify for warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear from usage
Accidental damage or failure to follow care instructions
Any unauthorized modifications to the product
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is only applicable to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the purchaser listed on the invoice.
For products that require specialized installation (e.g., electrician or plumber), the installer’s details and invoice may be required for warranty purposes.
Ride-on cars include a 6-month battery warranty only.
We are committed to providing you with quality products and reliable support.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Please contact our customer care team with a copy of your invoice within 14 days of purchase.
The product must be in mint condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Original shipping and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Returns shipped back are at the buyer’s transit risk.
Upon our team’s confirmation that the returned item is 100% suitable for resale, a credit note will be issued within 3 working days, excluding any shipping fees.
Mattresses, toppers, and related products are not eligible for change of mind returns due to health and hygiene reasons.
Flat pack furniture cannot be returned once opened under this clause.
For change of mind returns that are not in original packaging or not faulty, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on DS BS, DS NA, Midea, and NZ Made items, as these are ordered and dispatched directly from the supplier.
Please contact our customer care team before returning any items so we can assess your case and guide you, helping to avoid any disappointment before visiting the store.
For purchases collected from our branch, all returns must be made at the nearest branch only.
Products must be used for personal or household purposes (non-commercial) to be eligible for warranty coverage. The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) does not cover commercial products.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase only.
Payments & Delivery
We currently accept payments via credit card or bank deposit only.
Payments will not be processed until all required information has been received by DealX Trading Ltd. Please note that payments are not cleared on weekends or public holidays. Ensure sufficient funds are available on your credit card for payment to be processed on the next business day.
If payment is not received within 7 days from the date of your order confirmation, DealX Trading Ltd reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
DealX Trading Ltd also reserves the right to change product prices displayed on harbor-furn.com at any time without prior notice.
For Wellington shipments, all products will be dispatched for delivery within 2-3 working days (Standard).
For large freight shipments, please allow an additional 3-4 working days for delivery.
Please note that deliveries to rural areas around Wellington may experience slightly longer transit times due to logistical constraints.
Delivery Specifications:
Our shipping service includes delivery by a single driver to the nearest drop-off point.
Drivers are unable to carry products up flights of stairs. For apartment deliveries, products will be delivered to the reception area or, at the driver’s discretion, to your doorstep.
We do not offer two-person deliveries for any items.
DealX Trading Ltd makes every effort to meet the estimated delivery times provided at checkout; however, we accept no liability for delays caused by courier companies. All estimated delivery times are in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
While DealX Trading Ltd uses the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect customer transactions, DealX Trading Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damages or consequential losses (direct or indirect) incurred by customers due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of their credit cards.
Please note that DealX Trading Ltd does not collect or store customers’ credit card details.
